In accordance with applicable regulations, Nemergent Solutions guarantees the highest level of confidentiality in the investigation of reports received, protecting the identity and reputation of both reporting persons and persons concerned. Information will be disclosed only to those strictly necessary for the process and in accordance with the established conditions.
Nemergent will process any personal data that you provide through this form for the purpose of managing, analysing, and handling the report submitted through the Internal Reporting System.
You may submit your report anonymously. Providing identification and contact details is voluntary. If you decide not to provide a contact method, Nemergent may still process the report; however, it will not be able to acknowledge receipt, provide updates on its progress or outcome, or request additional information from you.

Nemergent provides users with a mechanism that allows reporters to indicate their intention to withdraw or retract a report previously submitted through the Internal Reporting System.
However, the withdrawal of a report does not necessarily imply the automatic closure of the proceedings. If the information received contains sufficient evidence of a possible breach, affects third parties, reveals significant risks, or requires Nemergent to take action, the Head of the Internal Reporting System may continue the analysis in accordance with the applicable internal regulations.
